All orders are sent using express post satchels and have a $10 flat fee. Delivery times may very between 2 - 5 business days.
All orders processed during business hours Monday - Friday are dispatched the following business day.

All other countries are sent in express satchels with a flat fee of $20.
Zimzala Swim is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

** All hygiene stickers must still be in place on bottoms. Once these have been removed we can not accept the item back for hygiene reasons **

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Sale items
SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL PURCHASE. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
